when we opened in 2012, we had a goal that superseded all others: to create a safe space for dogs to engage with one another.

in addition to making that happen, everything we do takes to heart what is best for the dogs, especially when it comes to outdoor adventures, which helps us reduce risks and provide tail-wagging fun each and every day.

from the materials we chose to build our fences and gates to the solidly crafted benches and cabanas, it is all designed with intention.

our landscaping isn’t just pretty, it provides much needed shade from the sun and screening for privacy — helping to reduce visual stimulation from within as well as neighboring activities.

enormous shade cloths float from high above tethered to 14’ steel poles.  even the ground cover was painstakingly chosen ensuring pads weren’t cut or bruised.

there are inherent risks in bringing dogs together to play — and we know that. but we know that if we can put love and intention into each adventure with each dog then we are offering something great.

it may seem like a small difference, but we believe that it matters.
